Refund Policy
As mangoes are perishable items, we understand there is a risk of them going bad during transit or the customer being unsatisfied with the quality upon delivery.
How to Apply for a Refund:
Contact us on our official WhatsApp number within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
Provide your order details and the reason for the refund request along with supporting images of product.
Refund Process:
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3 working days.
Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
We strive to ensure you receive the highest quality mangoes and excellent customer service.
For Wholesale/Bulk Orders (>100 KGs), No Refunds/Replacements/Claims will be entertained in cases where Consignee opts for Third party Logistics service providers for delivery of shipment.
